• Prohibition on bringing voluminous backpacks, umbrellas, and strollers inside the Palace. Lockers and a space for storing strollers are available in front of the ticket office ,free of charge.
  
  
• To protect the works of art, it is also forbidden to carry small/medium sized backpacks and bags on the back. Please follow the advice of the staff, wearing them on the front of the body.
  
  
• For security reasons, staff may ask you to open bags and backpacks at any time during your visit.
  
  
• The use of voice amplifiers is not allowed.
  
  
• It is forbidden to take photographs in the Berthier Gallery. (ISOLA BELLA)
  
  
• The use of selfie sticks and flashes is prohibited in all rooms of Palazzo Borromeo, and drones are not permitted unless authorized.
  
  
• The photographs and videos taken during the visit cannot be used for commercial and/or advertising purposes.
  
  
• Smoking, including electronic cigarettes is prohibited, except in the outdoor areas of the cafeterias where there are ashtrays provided.
  
  
• Pets are not allowed, except for guide and medical dogs. Feeding animals in the gardens is also forbidden.

• Access with animals on a leash is allowed (excluding the farm area)
