A unique opportunity to explore the surprising world of invertebrates—an universe often invisible to our eyes, yet essential to the balance of ecosystems. During the “Megaminimondo” event, the Educational Classroom of Parco Pallavicino will be transformed into a space dedicated to nature’s small great protagonists. The Park’s biologist will guide children and families in discovering this fascinating world, explaining in a simple and engaging way the vital role that insects and other invertebrates play in soil, plants, and food chains. Through a short introductory presentation, participants will learn more about the characteristics, adaptations, and curiosities of these animals—often overlooked, yet indispensable for environmental health. Afterwards, it will be possible to observe live some small specimens already featured in the Park’s educational activities: insects and other curious soil-dwellers that will allow children to approach a natural reality still waiting to be discovered with respect and wonder. An event to change perspective and learn that even the smallest creatures can play an enormous role in nature.
