A unique experience combining Baroque architecture and sport: 15 minutes of play on the Teatro Massimo terrace, in one of the most enchanting settings of the Borromean Gulf.
At the heart of Isola Bella's Italian-style Baroque garden, Teatro Massimo is one of the most spectacular architectural features of the entire complex.
The monument rises across ten flower-filled terraces arranged in the shape of a truncated pyramid, where statues, fountains and architectural perspectives create a composition of extraordinary harmony.
From the highest terrace, situated 37 metres above the lake, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of the Borromean Gulf and the surrounding landscape of Lake Maggiore.
As part of the partnership between Kaleon, FITP and the Nitto ATP Finals, a small tennis court will be exceptionally set up on the uppermost terrace of Teatro Massimo, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience in an extraordinary architectural setting.
Visitors will be able to book the court for up to 15 minutes to practise rallies or play a short match on a smaller, non-regulation tennis court.
To protect the statues and historic decorations surrounding the court, the activity will take place exclusively with foam tennis balls. Rackets and balls will be provided directly by the organisers.
A special opportunity to combine the pleasure of playing tennis with the discovery and appreciation of a unique artistic heritage.
