The admission ticket is the only recognized document and can be presented in paper format for groups or in paper or electronic format on mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) for individuals.It is prohibited to bring large backpacks, umbrellas, and strollers into Palazzo Borromeo.
To protect the artwork, please wear small/medium backpacks on the front of your body.
For security reasons, staff may ask to inspect bags and backpacks at any time during the visit.

The use of selfie sticks and flash is prohibited in all the rooms of the Palace, as well as drones unless authorized.
Photographs and videos taken during the visit cannot be used for commercial or promotional purposes.
