The cafeteria on Isola Bella takes its name from the construction that hosts it: the Torre della Noria. In olden times the building contained a hydraulic machine that enabled the water of the lake to be used to supply fountains, pools and above all for irrigating the gardens. It is a real joy to sit at one of the outdoor tables on a sunny day to have a coffee, lunch, a snack or an aperitif at sunset, in an absolutely perfect setting: facing the lake, with plants and flower beds with geometrical designs all around, white peacocks and the aromas of the citrus fruit espaliers. Sited in a symmetrical position, the Belvedere tower hosts the bookshop where you can find a wide range of gift ideas and books inspired by the history and the art of the cultural heritage of the Isole Borromee.
