The Ristorante Delfino welcomes guests into an elegant environment in a vintage style. The building dates back to the 18th century: originally used as a guesthouse for Palazzo Borromeo on Isola Bella, it was later turned into a hotel. Writers and poets also tell of its splendours, such as Antonio Fogazzaro on the final pages of his famous novel “The Little World of the Past”. Today, after an ambitious renovation project, the Delfino is a location that encapsulates period charm, combining it with modern service and a gourmet cuisine. The culinary proposal has two strands: bistro, for a genuine meal with fresh ingredients from the Italian tradition, and à la carte gourmet for a multisensory itinerary coming about through constant experimentation, with unprecedented combinations and international contaminations. From the terrace there are amazing views across the Golfo Borromeo.
