Authenticity and refinement in an itinerary of flavours

Ristorante Delfino welcomes guests into an elegant, vintage-style setting. The building dates back to the 18th century, when it served as a guesthouse for Palazzo Borromeo on Isola Bella before being converted into a hotel. Its grandeur has been immortalized by writers and poets, including Antonio Fogazzaro in the final pages of his celebrated novel Piccolo mondo antico.

Today, following an ambitious restoration project, the Delfino combines its historic charm with modern service and gourmet cuisine. It offers a journey of flavors that blends excellence in ingredients with a contemporary culinary sensibility. From the terrace, diners can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Golfo Borromeo.

More than just a restaurant, Delfino offers a true experience to be enjoyed at any time of day: from a sweet or savory breakfast, to lunch, or even a late afternoon meal for those who prefer to dine without a schedule while on holiday. In the evening, refinement takes center stage with a menu offering a wide selection of gourmet specialties. Guests staying in the Isola Bella Apartments can also enjoy a dedicated breakfast menu.
